These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the k1game website at k1game.asia ("the Platform", "k1game", "we", "us", "our") and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, and any other gaming or wagering products offered through the Platform.

By registering an account or accessing any part of the Platform, you ("the User", "you", "your") enter into a legally binding agreement with k1game under these Terms. 2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use k1game. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. k1game enforces age verification through a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Any account found to be registered by a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using k1game is lawful in your jurisdiction. k1game does not warrant that use of the Platform is legal in all locations. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws and regulations.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the k1game Platform. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.
2.4 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number. k1game reserves the right to request additional identity documentation at any time and to suspend accounts pending satisfactory verification.
2.5 KYC Verification. k1game is required to verify the identity of its users before processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC. Additional documents including a selfie with CNIC or proof of address may be requested. Withdrawal requests will not be processed on unverified accounts.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k1game login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify k1game support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any other security breach.
3.2 k1game will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified k1game of a compromise.
3.3 k1game may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, that fraudulent activity is taking place, or that these Terms have been violated.
3.4 Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available to all k1game users and is strongly recommended. k1game will never ask you for your password through live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
4.1 Accepted Methods. k1game accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, and USDT cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. k1game reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods and minimum amounts with notice.
4.2 Own-Account Requirement. All deposits must be made from payment accounts or bank accounts registered in your own name. k1game does not accept third-party payments. Deposits from accounts in a name other than your registered k1game account name may be reversed and will trigger a KYC review.
4.3 Deposit Finality. All deposits are final once credited to your k1game account. k1game does not accept liability for deposits made in error by the user. If you believe an error has occurred, contact k1game support immediately.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are available to fully KYC-verified accounts only. The minimum withdrawal amount is stated in the Cashier section. Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes stated in the Cashier, which vary by payment method. k1game reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Wagering Requirements. Where bonus funds are present in your account, withdrawal of those funds or winnings derived from them may be subject to wagering requirements as stated in the applicable bonus terms. Real-money balance that is not subject to any bonus wagering requirement may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard verification requirements.
4.6 Currency. All k1game accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where transactions are made in other currencies, conversion is applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Any applicable conversion fees are the user's responsibility.
5.1 All bets and wagers placed on k1game are final once confirmed. The Platform's system records are the official record of all transactions. In the event of any dispute between a user's records and the k1game system records, the k1game system records shall prevail unless a technical error is demonstrably proven.
5.2 k1game reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was offered in error, including instances of incorrect odds, market descriptions, or technical malfunctions. In such cases, stakes are returned to the user's account balance.
5.3 Sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules for each sport and competition as published on the Platform. Where no specific rule applies, k1game's general sports betting rules govern. Users are advised to read applicable rules before placing any bet.
5.4 Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical result of real-time game play conducted by professional dealers in certified studios. k1game does not manipulate game outcomes.
5.5 All return-to-player (RTP) percentages published for slot and casino games represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.
6.1 k1game offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum odds restrictions where applicable.
6.2 Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement and any game contribution percentages are stated in the individual bonus terms.
6.3 k1game reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or exploitation of the bonus system. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, collusion between players, and use of prohibited software.
6.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the wagering requirements process. Bonuses may not be exchanged for cash directly.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k1game Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

8.2 If you wish to self-exclude from k1game, contact our support team via live chat or email. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and prevent access to the Platform for the period you specify (minimum 6 months for a standard self-exclusion). During a self-exclusion period, k1game will not send promotional communications to the excluded user.
8.3 k1game reserves the right to apply responsible gaming restrictions to any account where there is reasonable concern about the user's gaming behaviour, regardless of whether the user has requested such restrictions.

All content on the k1game Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and data — is the intellectual property of k1game or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written authorisation from k1game is strictly prohibited.
10.1 k1game provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k1game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.3 k1game's total liability to any user in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
k1game collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. k1game uses industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption to protect personal data. k1game does not sell personal data to third parties except as required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.1 k1game reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be notified to registered users via email and/or on-site notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12.2 k1game reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time, with or without notice, if there is a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other reason at k1game's reasonable discretion. On termination, any real-money balance remaining after the resolution of open bets will be returned to the user subject to completed KYC verification.
12.3 You may close your k1game account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Open bets at the time of the closure request will be settled normally before the account is closed.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the k1game Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which k1game is licensed to operate. Users in Pakistan access the Platform subject to this governing law and agree that any dispute will be resolved through the dispute resolution processes outlined in these Terms, including escalation to k1game's customer support and, where applicable, to the relevant regulatory body.
